One For Baby, One For Me 🍎 Episode 8 . . . Carrot, Courgette & Apple Muffins . INGREDIENTS: 1 carrot grated 1 apple grated Half a courgette grated 1 handful of grated cheese 3 eggs whisked . METHOD: Turn the oven to 200 degrees c fan. Divide the courgette, apple and carrot between 6 greased muffin moulds then pour over the egg. Top each one with a little grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes. After which, remove and leave to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the moulds. That’s it! . Serv
