𝙰𝚗 𝚊𝚋𝚜𝚘𝚕𝚞𝚝𝚎 𝚍𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚜! *invited I visited Vetch on Hope Street for the first time and was blown away! Were so lucky to have this place as part of our food scene in Liverpool. The menu is a Scandinavian, Japanese and British fusion and is an absolute delight for the senses. Tasting menu 1 (what I had) is £95 - menu 2 is £120. They also do a lunch/early bird menu which is 3 courses for £45! Chef Dan is extremely talented and knows exactly what he’s doing.
