Chapatis are the game changer in any Kenyan occasion.... Learning how to make soft, layered & yummy chapo's is veeeery important ☺️ This's an elaborate recipe. But a few things to consider. 1. Knead your dough well. Perfect chapos start with a well kneaded dough, not hard and not sticky. Knead for about 10 - 15 minutes. 2. Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes and above. 3. Always cover the dough. Don't at any moment leave it exposed to air. This also applies to pre-cooked & cooked Chapatis
