On July 19, 1980 WWF All-Star Wrestling aired from the Hamburg Fieldhouse in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. In the main event, “The Fabulous” Hulk Hogan (with “The Hollywood Fashion Plate” Classy Freddie Blassie) takes down Fred Marzino. Marzino debuted in 1976 and worked as a mid-card/main event jobber until his retirement in 1985. Hogan remained a heel until he left for the American Wrestling Association (AWA), owned by Verne Gagne, in August 1981. | Davenport Sports Network
