OK, so the first week of training camp was kind of a dud. Leaguewide, the first four practices were quick and pad-less, as mandated by NFL rules. The league’s medical advisers determined that a slower ramp-up to full contact in training camp will lead to fewer groin and hamstring pulls.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns enter Day 4 of training camp, starting on a early note. Following media availability with head coach Kevin Stefanski at 9:00 a.m., the Browns will practice at 9:30, and it is open to fans who have tickets. Sometime after practice ends, select players will speak with the media.
