The Peacock mockumentary series “ The Paper ” officially has a premiere date. The show, which serves as a followup to “The Office,” will debut its first four episodes on Sept. 4, followed by two new episodes every Thursday through Sept. 25.

Now, we know that "The Paper" will premiere on Sept. 4 with a four-episode premiere on Peacock. The remaining six episodes are dropping on the streaming service in two-episode drops until the two-episode season finale on Sept. 25.

Peacock announced a Sept. 4 premiere date for "The Paper" on Thursday. "The Paper" is a spinoff of NBC's "The Office."
