A 62-year-old Midlands resident is facing multiple charges following the Sunday night shooting, according to the sheriff’s office.

The victim’s body was found in the grass next to a vehicle, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.

Two victims were taken to a hospital in Columbia where one of them died, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
