RENO, Nev. — Two people were killed and several others were injured in a shooting at a Nevada resort on Monday, authorities said.
RENO, Nev. (AP) — A gunman opened fire Monday outside the largest casino in Reno, Nevada, killing three people and wounding three others before being taken into custody, officials said.
The gunman shot five people at a valet area, fired at a resort security guard, who wasn’t injured, and then fatally shot someone driving by before police shot him, authorities said.
Guests were evacuated from the J Resort casino in Reno, Nevada after water drenched slot machines inside the business.
A group of friends from Thousand Oaks were among the victims of a mass shooting in Reno Monday. The friends had attended a bachelor party prior to the shooting.
