ELSEMER, Ky (WXIX) -The mother of a 15-year-old who was shot and killed in Elsmere on Monday, July 21, is honoring her daughter by raising money and awareness for domestic violence survivors.

More charges were filed against a Hamilton County man accused of frequently locking a teenage girl in a dog kennel, court records confirm.

Several people were arrested after Springfield Township Police used drones to track down a man with several warrants out for his arrest.
