President Donald Trump, over the objections of California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, sent National Guard troops to LA to put down anti-ICE protests.

The procession, with more than 6,000 soldiers and 128 Army tanks, was one Trump tried to make happen in his first term.
