Eugenio Suarez will not play for the Diamondbacks on Tuesday night after getting hit in the hand by a pitch on Monday.

Suarez was out of Arizona’s lineup Tuesday, but The Post’s Jon Heyman reported that it “sounds like he’s day to day” with the injury. The news is a breath of fresh air for the Diamondbacks, who are exploring moving Suarez, one of the top bats on the market, ahead of Thursday’s trade deadline.
