IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - Two Iowa City police officers were hurt after arresting a man Saturday morning. Police say Jaquon Hemphill, 25, of Iowa City brandished a gun from his waistband and said he’d kill someone around 3:18 a.m. at The Quarters parking lot of Highway 6. When officers arrived, they say Hemphill ran, jumping multiple fences.
