Saim Ayub has injured his knee badly while fielding on the first day of second Test against South Africa. Ayub is currently in London for his medical treatment.

An ICC delegation is set to visit Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Saturday to assess ongoing preparations for the 2025 Champions Trophy. This visit is part of the second phase of their Pakistan tour to review arrangements for the tournament, Express News reported. The six-member team will inspect the stadium's construction and renovation work.

The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will kickstart in Pakistan on February 19. However, India will play all their Champions Trophy games in Dubai.

To strengthen the spin department, off-spinner Sajid Khan and mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed have been recalled to partner with left-arm spinner Noman Ali,' the Pakistan Cricket Board's official release said on Saturday.

There have been several media reports stating that the Champions Trophy 2025 might be shifted out of Pakistan due to delay in renovation work at the stadiums in the country.
