Astronomer CEO Andy Byron resigned after being caught on Kiss Cam with HR head at Coldplay concert, but legal experts say any potential lawsuit against Chris Martin would fail.

A second executive has resigned from tech company Astronomer following a Coldplay concert video that went viral and sparked online speculation and scrutiny. The company confirmed Thursday that Kristin Cabot, Astronomer's chief people officer, had submitted her resignation.

Brooklynite Pete DeJoy has taken the reins at Astronomer after its disgraced boss Andy Byron was caught on the kiss cam cozying up with the head of HR.
