DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — Israel is letting people return to northern Gaza for the first time in over a year as truce holds.

At least five people were killed and 31 injured in an LPG tanker truck blast in Pakistan's Multan region, Geo news reported on Monday.
