The Minneapolis City Council approved a four-year contract on Thursday with NovoaGlobal, Inc. for its "speed and red-light camera enforcement system and citation issuance and management" pilot program.

Minneapolis City Council on Thursday voted unanimously to raise the minimum price of e-cigarettes to $25, and prevent new tobacco shops from opening within 300 feet of schools. The ordinance will go into effect immediately once it has been signed by Mayor Jacob Frey, who has indicated he will do so.
