Joe Bugner, a British heavyweight champion known for his resiliency and challenging American greats Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, has died. He was 75.

Born August 13, 1956 in Valdosta, Georgia Joe was the son of the late Matthew Tooley and was raised by the late Fred and Annie (Sheppard) McCloud.

Library of Congress archivist Joe Hickerson has died at 89. For decades, he worked to preserve America's collection of folk music and served as director of the library's American Folklife Center.
