WALKER COUNTY, Ala. ( WIAT) — Greg Barnes won the Alabama House District 13 special GOP primary election Tuesday. Barnes received about 69.19% of the votes, according to unofficial results showing 3,613 cast. Dustin Beaty, his challenger, earned around 30.81% of the votes. There was no Democratic primary because zero Democrats qualified.
