New Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson has gone to work building a quarterback-friendly offensive coaching staff in his first 10 days on the job. On Monday, the Chicago Bears hired Ben Johnson away from the Detroit Lions to be Matt Eberflus’ replacement as head coach. The former Lions’ offensive coordinator has no experience as a head coach, so it was expected that the 38-year-old would look at hiring former head coaches to fill out the Bears’ coaching staff.

Ben Johnson went out and got another experienced veteran coach to add to his staff with the Bears next season.

Former Jaguars’ offensive coordinator Press Taylor is reportedly joining Ben Johnson and the Bears’ coaching staff.
