The Atlanta Braves and Cincinnatti Reds will clash at the MLB Speedway Classic at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee, making it the first ever MLB game to played in the state. But even more history is on the way.

Major League Baseball's experiment with hosting a regular-season game at Bristol Motor Speedway is shaping up to be an extremely successful one.

The game will eclipse the previous paid attendance record of 84,587 set September 12, 1954, when Cleveland Stadium hosted the New York Yankees.
