MINSK, 24 October (BelTA) – Access to https://vk.com has been restricted in Belarus, according to the website of the National Unitary Enterprise for Supervision on Telecommunications BelGIE.
In Belarus, access to the social network "VKontakte" is restricted on the basis of the KGB submission, state media reported.
