For the first time, Penn State is bringing its hockey programs to an iconic venue. Both the men’s and women’s hockey teams will play a game in Beaver Stadium on Jan. 31, according to a Friday release.

Gavin McKenna, projected to be the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NHL Draft, will be in the spotlight when Penn State hosts Michigan State in the first outdoor men's hockey game at Beaver Stadium on Jan. 31.
