A diver from California who offered his services to Dane Paulsen's family said he found the boy after two hours of searching in the Siletz River.

Dane’s body was discovered around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in the Siletz River, roughly 3 miles downstream from his home.

A diver who volunteers to search for drowning victims to bring their families closure has located the remains of an Oregon 2-year-old who went missing earlier this month. Dane Paulsen was last seen playing in the front yard of his home north of Siletz on March 1.
