DEA agents working under the Memphis Safe Task Force shot a suspect at a Frayser Burger King Wednesday morning after he allegedly pulled a gun, officials said.

Andre Wharton of Wharton Law Firm said he would look into the claim that Pigram had a weapon at the time of the shooting.
