The Texas Rangers have been one of the most disappointing teams in baseball this season. Expected to be World Series contenders in the American League, they have their work cut out for them just to qualify for the postseason at this point.

After the Nationals shut out the Rangers in game one of the series, Texas returned the favor last night. A Jacob Degrom masterclass lifted the Rangers to a 5-0 win. The streaky Nationals offense needs to get back on track. They have been very quiet this home stand.
