San Jose Sharks sign second-leading scorer to three-year contract extension
The Sharks have signed forward William Eklund to a three-year, $16.8 million contract that carries an average annual value of $5.6 million. The deal is set to begin in 2026-27 after Eklund’s current entry-level contract expires. Tuesday was the first day that the Sharks could sign Eklund, 22, to a contract extension.
