Reese Witherspoon recently took to her Instagram story (via People) to set the record straight that Kate Winslet is not the famous actor who no longer speaks to her. The “Walk the Line” Oscar winner recently went viral after telling People magazine that she lost an industry friend because of an awards speech gone wrong.

After Witherspoon alluded to a falling out with “a very proper, very serious” actress, sleuths deduced that the injured party was Winslet. But on Instagram, Witherspoon said that's not the case.
