BOSTON (AP) — Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis went to the locker room with a gash on his forehead but returned to shoot a pair of free throws after taking an elbow from Goga Bitadze of the Magic in the third quarter of Game 2 of Boston’s first-round playoff matchup with Orlando on Wednesday night.

A physical Game 2 between the Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic on Wednesday left Kristaps Porziņģis with a bloody head injury in the third quarter. The big man took an elbow in the forehead from Orlando's Goga Bitadze, hitting the floor hard and picking up a nasty wound. Bitadze was given a flagrant foul for the elbow on Porziņģis.
