High School on SI senior reporter Tarek Fattal went to the Palisades Charter campus Friday afternoon to check on the status of the school after the horrific Palisades fire.

Wildfires in Los Angeles have damaged thousands of structures, including schools, historic sites, and beloved restaurants.

Nexstar’s KTLA got its first clear aerial look at the destruction Thursday morning and used satellite technology to share before and after views of Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood devastated by the blaze. You can see those images in the video report above.
