The hunt for the Washington state murder suspect ended Tuesday with Los Angeles Police Department officers arresting Alexander Lee Rogers, after it was reported Monday that his car was found abandoned in Calabasas.

A relative of the victims told FOX 11 that they had recently hired Alexander Lee Rogers to do handywork for them, before he's accused of stabbing them.

Authorities are warning the public that a Washington State murder suspect may be in Southern California after his vehicle was located in the city of Calabasas. Alexander Lee Rogers, 51, is wanted
