Authorities in Wyoming are searching for a hiker who's been missing in the wilderness for seven days. “On August 1, 2025, the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office received information regarding an overdue hiker in the Cloud Peak Wilderness area, and immediately began a search and rescue operation,” authorities added.

A Minnesota man has been missing for over one week after leaving for a three-day hike in Wyoming's Bighorn National Forest, according to the Big Horn County Sheriff's Office.

Grant Gardner reportedly summited Cloud Peak on July 29 at 9 p.m., which was late enough to concern searchers.
