Vanessa Gentry-Phillips was reported missing after she was taken to Norton West Hospital at 850 S. 28th Street on Sunday.

In a release, Lexington Police say 78-year-old Frances McKinney was last seen on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, around 5:55 p.m.

The family of Angela Hartness said she was released from the hospital July 3 and may be confused and unable to return home.

"Golden Valley, Crystal, and New Hope issued a boil water order for all water users until further notice," the alert reads.

The London Police Department issued a golden alert on a missing 61-year-old woman who was last seen at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday.
