Hall of Fame coach Don Nelson is clearly not a fan of how the Dallas Mavericks traded Luka Dončić earlier this year, and he found a novel way of expressing his disapproval.

Don Nelson served as an NBA head coach for 31 seasons, becoming 1 of the most influential coaches in basketball history along the way.

To be fair, Daigneault was 25 years old, in his third year as an assistant at Holy Cross, when Nelson coached his final NBA season with Golden State in 2010. But that doesn’t mean the OKC leader wasn’t aware of Nelson’s lasting legacy across the league 15 years after his retirement.
