Jason Momoa is among the returning cast, and he just filmed himself shaving his iconic beard to get ready to play Duncan Idaho again. Spoiler alert: he prefers facial hair.

“God damn it, I hate it,” Momoa quipped in an Instagram reel posted on Wednesday. The “Game of Thrones” actor transformed his entire look as a “kick-off” to reprise his role as Duncan Idaho in “Dune Messiah,” which was announced as the third and final film in the eight-time Oscar-winning sci-fi series.
