New Blue Jays acquisition Shane Bieber cannot wait go back to the mound and pitch in MLB for the first time since early last season.

While bolstering the bullpen was important, the Blue Jays also took a bit of a risk with the addition of a former AL Cy Young award winner. Kerry Miller of Bleacher Report recently wrote about the addition of Shane Bieber potentially being a game-changer for the Blue Jays in the second half of the year.

Bieber completed a fifth rehab outing on Sunday, three days after his trade to Toronto. “I'm close now,” he said ahead of the outing.
