Two people are in “extremely critical condition” after a wall collapsed on them in Catonsville on Friday, trapping them in a trench, Baltimore County fire officials said. Baltimore County firefighters said just before noon that they were conducting a rescue operation after two construction workers became trapped in the trench on the 500 block of Academy Road.
