A 9-year-old girl is in 'imminent danger' after being abducted from Lake George, according to police. Melina Galanis Frattolin last seen in a white van on a local highway.

Lake George, N.Y. — An Amber Alert was issued early Sunday for a 9-year-old girl abducted by an unknown suspect in Lake George. Police issued the alert at about 1:23 a.m. Sunday stating that Melina Galanis Frattolin was last seen at 9:40 p.m. Saturday in a white van going south on Interstate 87 near Exit 22 (Lake George Village).

Police in Warren County issued an AMBER Alert early Sunday for a young girl that was missing. Sources have confirmed to NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mullholland that the girl has been found dead. Police have not yet released any information about where the child was found dead.
