Indian authorities have started handing over remains of the victims of one of India's worst aviation disasters after identifying some through DNA tests.
Gujarat Health Minister Rushikesh Patel on Sunday said that the DNA of 45 deceased have been matched with their relatives, and confirmed that the death toll in the Ahmedabad plane crash stands at 274.
Three days after the crash, only 35 bodies had been handed over to relatives from an overall official death toll of 270.
