Ten days after Li Yueru’s trade request, the Storm sent her to the Dallas Wings in exchange for a 2026 second-round and 2027 third-round draft pick.

Yueru, a 6-7 center from China, was traded from Los Angeles to Seattle in February and now joins the Wings. Dallas is sending a 2026 second-round pick, which includes the right to swap with the Connecticut Sun, and a 2027 third-round pick, which includes the right to swap with the Indiana Fever.

The Seattle Storm honored Li Yueru's reported trade request and dealt the 6-foot-7 center to the Dallas Wings in exchange for a pair of draft picks.
